EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an incredibly interesting technique that I have seen achieve amazing results for my clients. It is becoming more and more common use for medical practitioners of the world as well. It is used worldwide and continues to spread rapidly, helping countless people in many areas of their life. Some examples of what EFT can do are; reduce pain, lower stress, deal with anger, addictions, negative emotions, food cravings and can also be used to implement positive goals in ones life.
What is EFT and how does it work? EFT is a style of acupressure. It is based on similar meridians that are used in traditional acupuncture. One main difference with EFT and acupuncture is there are no needles used with EFT. Tapping is used and this inputs kinetic energy onto the meridians of the head and chest. Issues like past traumas, addictions, physical pain are something that can be worked on using EFT.
Our bodies have emotional blocks and once these blocks are cleared, patients are able to restore their body’s balance, let go of the blocks that were holding them back, often times unknowingly. This is very important for healing and disease prevention. The electromagnetic energy flows through the body and controls our health. There are 10 acupuncture points that allow clearance in specific meridians.
It is best to work with an EFT practitioner in the beginning when you’re learning about EFT and applying it in your own life. A practitioner has the support, knowledge and professional training that you would not be able to get on your own. With proper guidance and true understanding from someone trained in EFT, you will discover you are on the right track in getting healthy results and becoming clear on what you are doing and how it all works. I am a certified EFT practitioner and I teach clients with diverse issues in how they can add this technique into their life to reduce stress, eliminate addictions and heal from past traumas, as well as in the moment anxiety issues that they are dealing with, especially in today’s fast paced stressful society.
